Refund policy

We have a strict no returns policy at Tatreez Sisters.

Due to the delicate nature of the items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless you have received the wrong size or colour to your placed order.

Customers have the right to apply for return/exchange within 1-2 days from the day you receive your package if we send you the wrong size or colour ONLY! 

Returned or exchanged orders must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please keep in mind that your item has to be shipped within the next 24 hours from the day we accept your return/exchange. To be able to return it, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Please be advised that once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or changed.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@tatreezsisters.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details that you may have about your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
